The Sala Terrena is the oldest concert hall in Vienna and serves as a perfect atmosphere to put us into the time of Mozart, Schubert or Beethoven. At the time, Mozart himself played in this historic place and earned his living for his first apartment in Vienna. *COVID IMPFUNG VORRAUSSETZUNG* In diesem Kochkurs werde ich das Geheimnis meiner knusprigen Schnitzel und dem saftigen Apfelstrudel mit euch teilen. Bei mir lernt ihr über die österreichische Küche, wie sie schon meine Großmutter für mich gekocht hat, als ich ein kleines Kind war. Der Kochkurs findet bei mir Zuhause statt - in der Wohnung, in der schon meine Urgroßeltern lebten. Zuerst werde ich etwas über die österreichische Küche erzählen und wir trinken dazu ein Gläschen Wein (natürlich optional), danach erkläre ich die Gerichte, die wir in weiterer Folge gemeinsam kochen werden. Das Menü wird je nach Anzahl der Teilnehmer 2 oder 3 Gänge haben: (die berühmte Altwiener Erdäpfelsuppe meiner Oma) Hühnerschnitzel mit Gurken- und Erdäpfelsalat und als Nachspeise frisch gebackener Apfelstrudel mit Vanilleeis. Dabei ist es mir sehr wichtig, dass die Teilnehmer wirklich so viel wie möglich selbst kochen, mit meiner Hilfe natürlich, so dass sie danach die Gerichte auch zu Hause nachkochen können. Nach dem Kochen werden wir die alle Gerichte zusammen verspeisen. Ansonsten zu beachten Wir bereiten traditionelle österreichische Gerichte zu. Das meiste ist mit Fleisch. Ich kann aber auf ewaitige Einschränkungen auch sehr gerne Rücksicht nehmen - bitte einfach bei der Buchung Bescheid sagen!

Would you like to have a unique souvenir after a once in a lifetime experience? The Photo Experience Tour will show you some of the most beautiful places in Vienna. You will get to know hidden, off the tourist path spots as well as famous streets and buildings in the historical centre. Our itinery: Albertina museum, Opera House, the Hofburg, Volksgarten and at the end some small streets in the centre. No matter if you want to have photos of yourself, with family, partner or friends - we will take multiple candid and posing shots at jaw-dropping locations. These will be photos that your friends, family and followers will envy you for :) You will receive 15 photos in high resolution so you can print them out and hang them to your wall or add them to your holiday album. If you think you are not photogenic or you are shy in front of the camera, don't worry! I will guide you concerning posing and make sure that you feel comfortable! I like to give my photos a natural and unposed look. I also offer private shoots 1:1 in any Vienna location, simply contact me! Other things to note Try to get enough sleep the night before and wear clothes that you feel comfortable in. Concerning colors - if possible avoid screaming colors and keep your style simple. If you like you can bring an extra jacket or jumper, so that you get shots with and without jacket for example.

After a brief overview of Austria’s illustrious wine history, main wine regions, climate, and grape varieties, we’ll begin our tasting. I’ll teach you how to evaluate wine in a way that will impress your friends. The tasting consists of what I consider to be 6 of the most representative Austrian wines (3 whites and 3 reds) plus a cold plate with locally-sourced cheese, cured meats, and bread.
