During this experience you'll be able to immerse yourself in my family long time history as Wine producer, visit our ancient cellar and partecipate to a "fior di latte" Mozzarella Workshop and gnocchi making. It will be my pleasure welcoming you with a cup of coffee before visiting our vineyard overlooking the village. The wine tasting will take place in our ancient cellar where we keep our organic Catalanesca white and Aglianico red wine produced from the grapes grown in our own vineyards. I will be pleased to explain the origin of our grapes, the methods of production and offer you white and red wine to try in combination with a selection of the organic goat cheese, salame, pancetta and coppa ham produced in our farm. Visita guidata del golfo di Napoli della durata di 3 ore, con spiegazione storica ambientale della città, snorkeling e bagno nelle splendide acque del golfo, sono presenti in barca numerosi confort: doccetta, gonfiabili, musica, tendalino per l'ombra, frigo, doccia, cuscini e attrezzatura da snorkeling. Gli orari di visita (partenze) sono alle 10:30 e alle 14:30. Andremo alla scoperta di luoghi meravigliosi come il Castel dell'ovo, la collina di Posillipo e palazzo Donn’Anna. Visiteremo la meravigliosa Villa Lauro in snorkeling, approdando in una splendida spiaggia privata con una fonte di acqua minerale naturalmente frizzante e potabile, nonchè splendide coltivazioni di capperi, giardini e un panorama mozzafiato. Verrà sempre offerto da bere e da stuzzicare. Si parte da Mergellina alle 10:30 o alle 14:30, si fa un bagno a posillipo e successivamente si va a visitare Villa Lauro in snorkeling. Tornando verso casa si incontra palazzo Don Anna e si ritorna al porto. E' importante incontrarsi 20 minuti prima dell'inizio del tour per motivi logistici. We will sail along one of the most romantic place in Italy: the Sorrentine peninsula. We will meet in Sorrento (Marina Piccola) and you will first get familiar with the boat and its equipment. We will pass the cape of Sorrento, also known as Queen Giovanna's Baths, and we will catch sight of Capri island. Direction West, we will see cape Campanella and we will do navigation around Capri island . We will sail around the island, admiring all the major attractions along the coast, exploring all the caves, including the Blue Grotto(entry ticket is 18 euro). You will enjoy the blue sea of Capri, swimming and snorkeling in the most crystalline waters of the world. While sailing, you can sunbathe and relax, with the beauty of Capri before your eyes. Other things to note If you like we can stop for lunch at one of the seaside restaurant of Capri.During the trip the boat should host until five guests. During this experience you'll be able to immerse yourself in my family long time history as Wine producer, visit our ancient cellar and partecipate to a "fior di latte" Mozzarella Workshop and gnocchi making. It will be my pleasure welcoming you with a cup of coffee before visiting our vineyard overlooking the village. The wine tasting will take place in our ancient cellar where we keep our organic Catalanesca white and Aglianico red wine produced from the grapes grown in our own vineyards. I will be pleased to explain the origin of our grapes, the methods of production and offer you white and red wine to try in combination with a selection of the organic goat cheese, salame, pancetta and coppa ham produced in our farm. Now it's time to make Mozzarella: we will show you how to make it and, equally importantly, we will eat and enjoy it all together. After making mozzarella, we will start to 'Mettere le mani in pasta', meaning we will be making gnocchi. Der Weg der Götter ist ein typischer Wanderweg von Agerola (Amalfi) nach Nocelle (Positano). Die Aussicht ist unglaublich toll mit fantastisches blick an Positano, Praiano . Agerola und sogar die Insel von Capri . Am Ende werden Wir natuerlich den Limoncello probieren natuerlich mit Meer blick. Von Nocelle gibt es dann die moeglichkeit nach Positano zu fahren oder noch besser 1800 stufe gehen.. Der Weg geht durch Zitronen Baume ,richtige Plantage , und Weinberge . Der weg ist 7 km lang , die Hohenmeter sind um die 250 m., In Positano können wir zum Strand von Fornillo fahren, wo ich Ihnen ein großartiges Restaurant mit Meerblick empfehlen werde. Im Sommer können Sie also auch einen Badeanzug mitbringen. In Nocelle oder Montepertuso können wir im Santa Croce oder La Tagliata Restaurant zu Mittag essen. Enjoy the beauties of the island of Capri from the sea! You will sail on board , with a small group of maximum 12 people to discover the wonders of the most beloved island in the world. Let yourself be overwhelmed by the view of the famous Faraglioni, the numerous caves and its striking colour effects, the blue of the sea and the majestic cliffs of Capri. Jump in the crystal water of the island and enjoy limoncello. The tour starts from the meeting point at the port of Marina Piccola in Sorrento. Along the way you will visit the ancient ruins of "Queen giovanna's bath", we will sail along the Massalubrense coast and then in Capri we will enter in the Marvellous Grotto, the White Grotto and the Green Grotto and Blu Grotto (tickets to enter not included in the price and the entrance is due to the sea conditions or other events ). You will admire the Natural Arch, the Villa of Curzio Malaparte, the lighthouse of Punta Carena and the Faraglioni, passing through the famous Arch of Love. In the first part of the experience, I will explain and show you how to make the real Limoncello and other Amalfi coast liqueurs available in different periods of the year. You will also taste other specialities such as the babà cake with limoncello or lemon cream and dark chocolate limoncello pralines. You will know the important difference between an industrial limoncello liqueur and a fresh homemade one!
