Cozy and private basement studio apartment with it's separate kitchen, separate entrance, central AC for those hot summer days and heat for cold days/nights. Located on the North-east side of the city (Kirkness area), the neighborhood is very quiet, 6 mins drive to Clareview Recreation Center/Library/Train Station, major shopping centers and 5 mins walk to bus station. There's extra single mattress for a kid if needed.
Upper floor is occupied by a family with two little kids (currently 2 and 4 year olds). Guests may hear movements and sounds occasionally.

We are located in a modern and safe neighbourhood, Crystallina Nera. FREE street parking. We are close to Anthony Henday for easy and fast access to Airport, West Edmonton mall and many other city attractions. Easy access to downtown, Northgate and EauxClaires. The suite is super clean, modern and let in a lot of natural light. Outstanding heating: luxury in-floor heating, HAVAC and additional IR heating for additional warmth and comfort. The suite is professionally soundproofed(very quiet!).
It is a quiet, warm and comfortable basement suite designed with your comfort, privacy and safety in mind. The suite is furnished with comfortable bed and comfy furnitures. There are self-serve complimentary coffee, hot chocolate, tea, and a light breakfast such as toast, jam, butter etc. Additionally, there are clean and sanitized dishes etc should you wish to prepare yourself a meal.
My neighbourhood is one of the quietest, safest and modern in the city. The area attract young, educated and professional people. Whether you drive, take a bus or taxi, you can easily explore the city and come back to relax in the suite.

It's a quiet getaway and country hospitality. A cottage feel with all the perks of the city. My place is good for couples, adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and pets negotiable.
    Ranch is an Equine facility-so feel free to hike and roam the land, however be aware of other users and horse enthusiasts.
    Beautiful prairie, with rolling hills and wide open spaces. Some forested area and lots of room to run:) Horses and riders and equestrian activity daily through the summer. Quiet and cozy in the winter.

Breakfast is included -cereal or toast, but on the weekend, I'll make biscuits. My husband makes the best coffee. You must love pets we have 2 young cats Pickles and Boston and a little dog named Cindy.
    Your room is upstairs facing the backyard and a schoolyard. We have a cozy living room you can enjoy and a dining area. We have a fully equipped kitchen if you'd like to do some cooking. We also have a washer and dryer if needed.
    We live in a lovely neighbourhood. Close to Dixon pond with all kinds of walking trails. We have a fire pit in the back yard.

All the appliances are are brand new and highly efficient. *Because of events that caused damages to my property from previous guess.I have a caretaker in the basement to make sure the place doesn’t get trashed. There is a separate entrance on the side of the building to the basement so there won’t be any complications with gust bumping into the caretaker. -Clean -parking -WiFi

Lots of space and only a short trip away from the nightlife downtown on Jasper Ave or Whyte Ave. Convenient access to the Yellowhead and Anthony Henday for a short commute to West Edmonton Mall.
    Stay in this bright and newly renovated THREE BEDROOM 1100 SQFT basement suite with separate entrance, located just ten minutes North downtown Edmonton. *No Parties Allowed* THE SPACE This unit is located just minutes from Downtown Edmonton with easy access to the Anthony Henday and Yellowhead for a quick commute to West Edmonton Mall and any other area of the City. FAQs: Can I have additional guests over for a gathering, party or any sort of special occasion, included poker parties, birthdays, pre-drinks before the clubs, etc? No. There is a strict “No Events or Party” rule. Airbnb’s have been known for their uncontrolled house parties and disruption to residents in buildings and will not be tolerated. Guests will be asked to leave immediately upon notification from residents of such disturbances with no refund. Can I have a late check-out or early check-in? Typically, yes. If a guest has requested a later check-out, an early check-in is sometimes not possible. I cannot guarantee an earlier check-in before 3pm.   • Tolle Ausstattung und perfekt für Familien! Dies ist ein ausgezeichnetes Zuhause, um in Ihrem Urlaub zu bleiben. Die Keller-Suite ist perfekt, ruhig, leicht zugänglich und günstig gelegen. Es war makellos sauber und Samantha reagierte sehr schnell mit allem, was wir brauchten. Es war eine tolle Größe für uns sechs. Wir haben uns bei unserem Aufenthalt sehr wohl gefühlt, besonders mein Sohn liebt das Kinderzimmer mit einem Korb voller Spielsachen und mein Schwiegervater hat die Äpfel sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und ich kann es allen nur empfehlen!

    Bright modern decor with spacious bedrooms both with lots of closet space. 2 minutes from Anthony Henday and the yellowhead highway. 20 mins from West Edmonton Mall. Close to downtown. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Grocery store within walking distance. The residence sits on a beautiful pond with walking trails, there are several parks within walking distance. Just an FYI as it is a new area there is construction nearby although this has not been a problem for anyone who stays here.

    North East Edmonton is a peaceful multicultural neighborhood inhabited by people from across the world living in perfect harmony. We have been living here for the last ten years and not once, have we had any problem with neighbors or heard any terrible happenings in the neighborhood. It is pretty safe day and night. We have been on month-long vacations and always return to a quiet and safe environment. Really great!

  • Mann und ich hatten eine schöne Zeit bei Shad und Jackie. Der Kellerraum hatte alles, was wir uns wünschen konnten und das Haus ist praktisch für die Autobahn. Ich schätze es sehr, dass ich in der Lage bin, Wäsche zu waschen und in ihrem Garten zu sitzen, mit Shad zu plaudern und die Welt in Ordnung zu bringen!   • Es war eine Keller-Suite durch die Haupttür. Die Suite war sehr schön mit 2 Schlafzimmern, einem großen Fernseher mit Netflix. Es war gemütlich und die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich. Der einzige Nachteil war, dass es ein bisschen weit von anderen Orten in Edmonton entfernt war. Wir hatten ein Auto, damit es das Leben leichter machte, ca. 20 Minuten zum Einkaufszentrum / in die Innenstadt. Ich würde es auf jeden Fall empfehlen und wieder hier übernachten.

It would not let us map it properly because it's on the edge of sturgeon county on a 100-acres, but I assure you the area is just as gorgeous as the house, a peaceful oasis. We have a dog that we adopted when we purchased this home, she was raised on the property since she was a baby and we just did not have the heart to take her away from her home. She lives on the property outside. She's extremely people friendly and does not bark. She has been trained to patrol the 100 acres of property to keep the house, yard and the guests safe. Her name is Ruby and she's a large Giant Alaskan Malamute. Please do not let children around Ruby, she is very strong and can accidentally hurt a child. She keeps all the coyotes and moose’s away as well. She is NOT allowed in the house or any human food, as it can harm her. She is fully trained and will not bug you much, unless someone wants to play with her because she loves people. Extra guests staying the night is $50 a person per night. From Highway 2, turn west at Morinville on Highway 642 and travel 0.7 km. The lake is immediately south of the highway and can be accessed from the Morinville RV Park. ACA annually stocks this pond with rainbow trout and brook trout, typically before the May long weekend. The Wi-Fi will be posted in the manual. Free Internet, Internet is slow if all guests are using it all at once. The wi-fi slower then you are used to in a town or city. Heavy downloading and weather affects the signal. There are numerous fruit trees and raspberry bushes in the summer throughout the property. This home is truly a breath of fresh air. These pictures do not give it justice. **** Live like kings and Queens during your visit. Only 20 minutes north of St. Albert and 10 minutes from Morinville. **** Extra guests staying the night is $50 a person per night. Any visitors with Hosts approval $25 a person per day.     The S & R Luxury Estate property is a piece of heaven. *** The house is actually 20 min north of where it says on the map. The home is on a acreage so it would not let us pin point the exact address. *** It's so peaceful and quiet and also amazingly cozy at the same time. There is 7 things this home has that no one else has which is RUSTIC - PRIVACY - WILDLIFE - BEAUTY - COUNTRY - LUXURY & PEACEFUL. There is no house for at least one mile on all sides. Which gives you plenty of privacy.

    The main reason who led me to buy this house is its fabulous area and location. Nice, quiet and safe green residential neighborhood. All the amenities and main roads are within two minutes' drive. You can't ask for more! On one hand, you can enjoy the nature as there is a huge park with paved trails and an elementary school right in front of the house. ☆The extraordinary River Valley view is five minutes away (walking distance) from my house. ☆ many trails and pathways around the house! So much to see and to do by walking distance! ☆ Anthony Henday drive, Manning drive, Yellowhead, 50 Street and 137 Ave are all close by! ☆ 4 minutes driving from Shopping, theatre, restaurants, groceries,etc ☆ 3 km distance from Clareview RECREATION center ☆ 3 km distance from LRT ( city train) & Bus transit center
  • Carole-Annes Platz war super sauber, ordentlich und genau wie auf den Bildern. Eines Morgens brannte die Sicherung im Badezimmer und Carole-Anne war sofort verfügbar und half, das Problem sofort zu beheben. Es war der perfekte Ort mit allen Annehmlichkeiten für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt.
