Jason was a great host. He was waiting for us at his property when we arrived. Although I was tired when we arrived, I found myself in a good discussion with Jason 25-30 minutes after. He made us feel at home. Jason's property is very new and sparkling clean in a new but very quiet neighborhood, that is close to everything. The house address may not be on mapquest or (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) map yet, but Jason's description for getting there was perfect. Plus: Great wi-fi...cable TV...all new appliances...and a great owner. It would be hard to beat the price.

Dee is a great. When my schedule changed he was very understanding and accommodating. Very clean and quiet area home and area plus I'm a light sleeper and had no problems. The cleanest place I have stayed using airbnb. I'll be staying there again next week.

There isn't an option to evaluate your interaction if you had to cancel for an emergency--which unfortunately was the case. My husband was violently ill and we weren't able to make it. Dee didn't know how to do a refund but agreed we could just stay another time. Based on my interaction his communication was a 10+. Typically I would expect the balance of our experience would have been the same!

I stayed at Dee's place when I was visiting a relative at an assisted living facility (in fact, I found I could get there without getting onto the main highway, which was useful). It was easy to get back and forth to visit her, and I found that after my relative's (very early) bedtime, there were places closeby to enjoy, including a walk at the Little Manatee State Park, a visit to EG Simmons park and sunsets at Ruskin beach. I could either eat in Dee's kitchen or go out to get good food (the Ybor Grill was excellent, and the scenery down at Little Harbor was beautiful). It was also pleasant to get back to the house. I used my laptop to catch up on some work, and I slept very well.

I love fact that Aneesah had welcomed me and my family at the last minute. She was very pleasant, she even came outside to greet us around 2 in the morning; however, we had to park in front of someone mailbox. The room was clean and she accommodated my husband with a blow up bed, which was very helpful! The bathroom is shared, so we came to a not so clean tub. Her dogs are so loving. Overall I would recommend this place!

Dee is a phenomenal host and so pleasant to stay with. His house is very clean and homey in a very nice neighborhood with fantastic amenities. This was a very nice rental for two people. It would work well for three, but may be a bit crowded with four. Everything is there, including a bottle of wine and basic kitchen staples. There is an on-site property manager on call if you need him. Sun City Center has recreation and other facilities which are included in the rental. We swam almost every day and walked some of the trails. Overall, a very good experience at a well-managed property.

This was my second stay at Lee's cottage and it was just as wonderful as the first. The cottage is close to most things in Sun City Center and is clean and quiet. Lee is a great host, responsive and communicative - she really took care of us during a challenging time. Can't say enough good things about our experience!

The place was exactly as depicted. The family and I Loved to come back to the quite neighborhood after a long day of adventures each day. With two adults and 4 teenagers and an 8 year old we had more than enough space. Very Clean. Communication was fantastic!

Great Value and great place.

Although Apollo Beach was a hike from USF and my job but I t was well worth the stay. Best Airbnb trip ever! Privacy was there with no shared bathroom space along with access to a flatscreen TV with digital cable washer/dryer access. We were in a great welcoming comfort zone. Thank you Tamara and Bobby, you guys rock!
