If you want to save some money one of the best places for a bocadillo (sandwich) is Narrika bar. Can look old and unappealing but its "Autonomo" is worth it. (loin with peppers, cheese and mushrooms)

In addition to a very good selection of pintxos (grilled foie with pepper is great!) this place has an incredible assortment of elaborated "Bocadillos" (sandwichs).

Incredible cutlet. It is served directly from the grill..4 centimeters thick!
It just doesnt need dressing.. but the natural tomatoes here are so tasty!

Probably my favourite pintxo in town. The shrimp brochette is incredible! but there are lots of other great pintxos in this place.

Quite expensive restaurant, but the best place for trying fresh grilled fish. Around the port you can find cheaper places with good grilled fish too.

Take the 1912's funicular to reach the old fashioned amusement park of Monte Igueldo...The views of the bay are breathtaking from there..as much as a ride on the rollercoaster :)

Take your time walking to the top of the mount Urgull. Reach the castle, admire the views of the bay or Zurriola beach, the 1813 Independence War cemetery of the englishmen and so on is worth it.

Beautiful medieval town with defensive walls in the border with France. Just 20km away from San Sebastian (30 mins away by bus).

Wonderful promenade constructed by european refugees during WW2. Especially beautiful during the sunset or when waves are big.
