Three bedrooms are to your right; a full size double bunk bed, a queen bed, a king in the master with its own full bathroom. There is outdoor seating.

Our Downtown Oasis Escape faces Midtown Sacramento's largest park and is pet friendly. We are walking/biking distance from DoCo, the Capitol and Old Sacramento. Free Parking in our driveway in front of the fence for up to 2 Vehicles. Please ensure you do not block the sidewalk or you may be ticketed. An option to park more inside the gate is available upon request. *Please do not park in the lot in the alley, it is reserved and you will likely be towed.

This RV Campsite DOES NOT INCLUDE a TRAILER, you must bring your own. The campsite fits a trailer or RV up to 45 feet. It has power, 30 amp and water. You must be self contained. The campsite is on our property and surrounded by almond trees and crops. As guests you’ll have additional access to the pool. Laundry is available by appointment.
