Situated at the rear of the property our cozy 60 sqm Granny Flat is a private and enclosed space with separate access from the main house. Kingsgrove train station is located just 10 minutes walk then 5 stops to Domestic / International Airport. Sydney CBD is approx. 25 mins via train. Free street parking.

New air-conditioning, fast Wifi, full Cable TV and comfy beds. Narrow spiral staircase would not suit guests with limited mobility. Own entrance, Self contained, Attached to main house. The guest space is a private part of our house with own entrance and no shared areas. Located in a quiet street , a 15 minute walk from Cronulla Beach, restaurants and bars. Rooms are newly renovated with a comfy queen size bed in the main bedroom (3.1m x 4.3m) and a double bed in the adjoining room.(3.2m x 2.7) Kettle ,Toaster and Microwave provided. No Kitchen We live in the same house on the property. Guests have their own access and covered parking on the driveway. Pet car
