Only a 15 minute walk to the beach, lagoon and cafe's and the weekly sunday Market on the esplanade. 5minute walk to Dolphins Central Coles and Dolphins Leagues club & Oval. A/C throughout the 4 bedrooms upstairs. with an Inground pool, and built in Bbq/fridges in the outdoor entertaining area you may not want to go anywhere else! Also centrally located between the Sunshine coast and the Gold coast (1.5hr drive)

You will have the entire house and lockup shed to yourself. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, smart tv with Netflix and a large covered deck with BBQ perfect for the afternoon drink.
