Cozy, quiet and peaceful upper level condo within earshot of the roaring surf. Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean, then wake up and enjoy coffee from the quaint balcony or comfy breakfast nook with a view of the Necanicum River and distant hills to the east of town. Then walk to the water in less than 10 minutes. This condo has a well-appointed kitchen, leather couches, a widescreen TV with cable and DVD in the living room, and another TV with Netflix and DVD in the bedroom. No pets allowed!

We are about 5 blocks from the beach, 4 blocks from Broadway and directly across from the Necanicum River. After a fun beach day, our 440sq foot space is a perfect spot to cozy up and relax. In the bedroom you will enjoy sleeping on our luxury queen mattress or maybe you’ll fall asleep in front of the fire on our queen memory foam sleeper sofa.

Two blocks from Broadway, three blocks from the historic Promenade and ocean, and the Necanicum River flows through the backyard. The river is ideal for kayaking, birding and taking in the mountain views. With such incredible walkability you never have to drive once you settle in at Otter Cottage.
