Our restful cabin is situated in a peaceful spot within our garden, with views on to open fields and the Downs beyond. It offers a perfect rest spot for walkers and cyclists exploring the beautiful countryside on and around the South Downs Way. Our village has two fabulous pubs, a unique village shop with its own little outdoor cafe, and is just a 15 minute drive from the market town of Petworth, Polo at Midhurst, 20 minutes from Goodwood, and 1/2 hour from the Cathedral City of Chichester.

There is also an option to use a small open fronted barn to park a small car, for any motor enthusiasts that are visiting the nearby Goodwood racetrack. The Witterings, Selsey beaches, Chichester centre and Chichester Harbour are all around 10 minutes drive away. Portsmouth is a 30 minute drive away and Pagham harbour and the RSPB reserve is a short walk from the hut.

The site itself offers, A heated swimming and splash pool (open end of may to September) children's play area, tennis courts, 5-aside football pitch, TV and gaming room and a shop for all you essentials. The Cabana club (may to september) offers a well stocked bar, pool table and darts as well as family entertainment including Bingo, quiz nights and live entertainment.

The Annex

The Annex is located in the village of Birdham, on the edge of the South Downs National Park, and is a fantastic base from which to explore the local area and all it has to offer. There is something for everyone with beautiful beaches, woodland walks, Goodwood Race Course and the historic city of Chichester all just a short distance away.
