Magnificent mansion in centre town

Fantastic regionalist style mansion early twentieth century, recently restored, has a ground floor, first floor and attic, settling around two courtyards, one central and one rear. Downstairs are the living room of 45 m2., Cheerful kitchen and a bathroom on the first floor are four bedrooms, one with dressing room, and two bathrooms and finally in the attic is a bedroom with bathroom and access to a terrace of 40 m2. As sample materials, features hardwood flooring in higher plant floor and marble tiling in the bathrooms. Regarding your comment that facilities are of extreme comfort: water radiator heating and air conditioning units hot and cold in all units with separate thermostats (9 pcs.) And television sockets wired in addition to WIFI internet in all rooms. Great cousy, modern, just refitted flat in the city centre of Seville on a quiet street. On a central neighbourhood, 15 min walking away from La Giralda and only 5 min walking from the river/main bus station and arts museum. All finishes at a high specifications and standards where you can enjoy a wonderful break on a such a nice city as Seville. King bed (190 x 150 cm), internet access and a top of the range kitchen in case you want to have a night in. Perfect for a couple and not to be missed.

Apartament in "La Campana" city centre of Seville Esta ubicado en pleno centro de Sevilla, al lado de La Campana, la calle Sierpes y la Plaza del Duque. El apartamento está ubicado en la parte interna del edificio, por lo que es muy silencioso. Ventaja de estar en pleno centro sin el inconveniente del ruido. Aunque está en la parte interna del edificio, el apartamento es muy luminoso ya que las ventanas del salon y del dormitorio dan a la terraza y ésta a su vez al patio de luz del edificio.
