The property is tucked away in a private and peaceful area of Ferguson Valley. A spacious two storey home situated on 10 acres, enjoys an absolutely stunning position adjacent to Crooked Brook Forest and working farms. The friendly resident kangaroos and other Australian wildlife are regularly seen grazing and drinking from the property's dam. With both Crooked Brook and Joshua Creek running through the property it offers magnificent rural views from every room making it a perfect holiday home.

We are close to many wineries, breweries and scenic views of the valley. Just a short cycle or drive to mountain bike trails stretching from Pile road to Collie.

The unit is fully furnished : Kitchen + cooking appliances (pans and sauce pans, gas stove, oven, microwave, kettle, fridge and freezer), TV, 2 double beds with sheets, towels. It has its own bathroom with small bath and toilets.
