Located on the outskirts of Panajachel but worlds away from the hustle and bustle, this brand new, one-of-a-kind, two-story loft will wow you with its panoramic, 180-degree views of Lake Atitlan and surrounding villages. Soak in the views from almost every corner of this property – including the hot tub situated on a private terrace complete with large retractable umbrella and teak table and chair set. The upper level of the loft has a spacious balcony with oversized hammock & Acapulco chairs, living room, dining room and fully-equipped kitchen. On the lower level of the loft, you’ll find two bedrooms that are separated by a family room. The front bedroom has two twin beds (that can be combined to make a king-size bed) and ceiling to floor windows. The rear bedroom has a queen-size bed. The lower level of the loft also has a roomy bathroom, complete with rain head shower and plenty of hot water. The nearby villages of Panajachel and Santa Catarina Palopo can be reached on foot in about 15 to 20 minutes, or by tuk-tuk (three-wheeled moto taxi) in about five minutes. Other amenities include: • High-speed Wi-Fi • Smart TV with Netflix • Complimentary coffee, potable water in 5 gal jug, olive oil, paper towels are all included • Complimentary multi-lingual concierge service to arrange a variety of amenities including: ground transportation, lake tours in private boat (with or without bilingual guide), private cook, massage therapist, hiking and mountain biking tours that culminate with a gourmet picnic, shopping service to stock your rental with any beverage or grocery items you would like to find upon arrival. A complete list of amenities will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation • Complimentary laundry service This loft can be rented together with the adjoining (mirror image) loft accessed through locking double doors on the balcony. Prices include housekeeping service every third day. Fresh towels, bed linens, etc are available apartment request.

Villa Ónix Un refugio céntrico recientemente construido en una montaña, 180 °grados de increíbles vistas panorámicas desde cualquiera de sus esquinas. Un diseño totalmente expansivo, una cocina bien equipada abierta entre un comedor y una sala aseguraran el confort de tu descanso y convivencia. Un amplio deck con un Jacuzzi infinito, perfectamente situado con la mejor vista, te hará sentir que eres parte del paisaje. Al llegar al área de parqueo debemos subir 75 escalones para llegar a la villa.

Casa Amate is a unique glass-fronted home built into the mountain-side overlooking one of the world's most beautiful freshwater lakes. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, sleeping six, this is the perfect place to relax, unwind and take in the spectacular views of the lake and its three volcanoes. Built into the rock face, but still on right on the lake front, the house cascades down four levels, with numerous terraces. The space is defined by the rock face, glass, concrete, wood & light.

Casita del Sol

This charming studio casita is situated on a hillside with the best views of sunrise and moonrise over Lake Atitlan as well as fantastic canyon views. Very private, quiet, lovely gardens, kitchen. Perfect for a single person or a couple. Min. 2 days Santa Cruz is only accessible by boat and is known for its beauty and tranquility. There are some good local restaurants along the lake shore plus kayak rentals and great swimming at the foot our our hill. Hiking is also wonderful in our area.

LAKEFRONT VIEW! IG: @Lakeviewontherocks Enjoy the serenity of the villa which is located in a private cove on a hard surface road approximately 1/4 mile from the quaint village of San Antonio Palopo. It is a very secluded property with no "neighbors" on either side. To the east is the soft flowing Parankaya River. To the west are undeveloped grounds which are also part of the villa grounds. The Villa is Absolutely Amazing. It is Paradise. Volcano Views! 1 camera outside to garden/lake.

From our road entrance up to the house there are 150 steps to hike, well worth it for the incredible view!
