There’s room for trailers and or RV’s. 20 Plus restaurants within 1/4 mile. Worlds Most Famous Beach is 15 min away. A great safe area for kids. This unit is an upstairs FULL apartment that’s very spacious. If you have a pet please view our alternate unit Little Blessings. please keep inside/ outside noice respectable.

The Daytona Beach Resort is on Daytona beach, close to Ormond Beach, Fabulous shopping, dining, & entertainment near by. The Studio faces the city of Daytona for spectacular sunsets. The indoor & outdoor north pool are closed. Amenities are closed at anytime as we are still doing repairs from the hurricanes. You'll drive into this beautiful community and feel miles away from everything. Don't worry what to bring. We have towels, beach toys, umbrella tent and chairs; bogie boards even got you covered with sunscreen. We have everything you need for days (or weeks) at the beach. Just bring your swimsuit. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. A 5 minute walk on a dedicated path leads directly to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean, or take a dip in one of 3 pools (1 heated).

The Lemon Cottage -NO EXTRA FEES

Our cottage is nestled in Orange City RV Park. It is your home away from home! Our kitchen is equipped with all pots, pans, and dishes you will need. Our living room has a queen pull out sofa. Our bathroom provides towels, shampoo & conditioner, and a hair dryer. The bedroom has a queen size bed. Queen and a twin bed that opens to king, stocked with beach gear. We offer beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and more for 2. On the beach with city view. Max 4, no pets. No smokers. Light cooking only. No children under 10. WARNING: Resort’s garage, sea wall, pools and all other amenities are closed at this time. Access to beach is adjacent to resort on North side. Parking lot is on the South side. We are N Daytona Beach, almost Ormond Beach.
