Our place is one half of a cute duplex and is clean, quiet & furnished modern. We have no stairs so it is ideal for those with limited mobility. Best suited for up to 4 adults. Close to some of Spokane's best restaurants; Luna, Twigs, Poole's Public House, along with numerous pizza places, and that's just to name a few. Trader Joe's is 2 miles away. We are 15 minutes to downtown shopping and Spokane's two major hospitals are even closer. We know you will relax and enjoy your stay at our place.

You'll find a modern rustic space with a fully stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, serene surroundings, and an inspiring view of the lake. During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. My home is located in the heart of Spokanes South Hill and a half block from beautiful Manito Park. The house is located right on the busline to downtown shopping and events and five minutes from Sacred Heart Medical Center. We are also within walking distance of neighborhood restaurants and shopping. After raising our daughters we found ourselves living primarily in the apartment we added when we finished our basement. We have the rare privilege of living on 3 acres in town! Our home is 4600sf and shaped like an "L." The bottom part of the "L" is our guest house and we are super excited to welcome guests to our new bnb. We are only 6 miles from beautiful downtown Coeur d' Alene and only 3 miles to Hayden Lake. We are also very close Triple Play Water Park, Silverwood Theme Park, the Silverlake Mall, Target, lots of restaurants and, of course, Walmart.
