Lovely top floor flat 3 bedrooms & private parking

This is a great central flat in Cupar with the train station just a 2 minute walk away, and the taxi rank even closer, and only a 15-minute drive to St Andrew's with some amazing golf venues, ideal for a getaway, golfing trip or just to explore Scotland With speakers built into the roof it is ideal for a nice relaxing time away. And a train running to Edinburgh and Dundee every hour a vehicle will not be needed. However, Private parking is included so there is no worry about paying any meters.

This sunny one bedroom apartment is a hidden gem situated in the east end of town, close to the beach, with all St. Andrews has to offer a ten minute walk away. Beautifully appointed and decorated, there is a large open plan lounge and kitchen with dining, a double bedroom with patio doors leading to a small courtyard garden and a modern shower room. There is free on-street parking outside the property. Also has unlimited free WI-FI and a smart television.

Location, location - 12 Golf Place,

Excellent location, just yards from the Old Course. Golfers paradise. Note; The cover photograph has been taken from just across the Street from our apartment at the entrance to the Hamilton Grand building. We do not have direct views of the Old course from any of our windows. The Open Championship will be held in St Andrews in 2027. Please note that we have no availability for the week of the Open.
