Lots Of Knots is a cute cottage on Upper Carolina in Coral Bay. Great outside spaces to appreciate the views and breeze. Close to Northshore, Eastend and South beaches, paved access no need for a 4 wheel drive. Coral Bay shops and restaurants just down the hill, it catches any breeze blowing from the south up through Coral harbor. Harbor and valley views from the front deck, valley view from the back deck with 4 person hot tub, total privacy with no neighbors. Perfect for a romantic getaway.

Our 2 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath open-concept home has amazing, panoramic views of the British Virgin Islands and the East end of St John, only 10 minutes from Coral Bay. Perched above Johns Folly Bay, the wrap-around decks provide plenty of space for outdoor dining and lounging, all with unbeatable views! The gentle trade winds make the secluded decks a perfect place to relax, day or night. Both bedrooms have ensuite baths. Rates are based on 1 or 2 people. Add $50/night for each additional guest.

We have AC's in each bedroom, a generator (for the islands regular power outages), and the use of our 2018 AWD Kia Sorento that seats 7. Our home is located 7 minutes from Cruz Bay, past the Westin. Besides the amazing views, our guests love our unique showers that allow you to shower while overlooking the beautiful bay below. We offer access to a private beach below at Klein Bay.

Restaurants and shopping a 10 minute drive into Red Hook or take the ferry to explore St John beaches. (More than 6 guests need prior approval from owner)

Ocean Blue Cottage located in Upper Carolina, 400' above sea level, overlooking Coral Bay harbor, Bordeaux Mt, Carolina valley and a peek of the Caribbean Sea. 23 steps down from the road, it has a bedroom 9'x12', dining/kitchen area 6'x10', bathroom 3'x10', private outdoor shower 4'x5', deck 8'x4' with grill, furniture, umbrella. Pricing is $150 night. There’s also an $90 cleaning fee per reservation. 5 min drive to restaurants, 10 min to beaches.
