Our attractive self catering cottages are set on a picturesque family farm on the outskirts of Stirling, Scotland. They are fully equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure our guests have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. With breathtaking views of the Ochil Hills, the Wallace Monument and Stirling Castle (not to mention the surrounding farmland) it is easy to see why people fall in love with Broom Farm Cottages. Our central location also boasts easy access to many parts of Scotland.

The Strath, a quiet home from home.

The Strath in Killearn is a delightful country home. The cosy seating area with wood burning stove opens into the kitchen and dining area. A large lounge with original fireplace is accessed through double doors. The kitchen doors provide access to the garden area, sheltered by surrounding trees. The two available comfortable double bedrooms upstairs provide views across the hills and countryside. A bathroom with bath and shower upstairs is complimented by the additional bathroom downstairs.

Kestrel Cottage with Stunning Views

Wake up to magnificent views of the Lake of Menteith and hills. Kestrel is a stunning one bedroomed, dog friendly,fully equipped, self catering property set in the heart of an 84 acre private hillside farm. Ideally suited to explore the National Park. Enjoy panoramic views of the lake from Kestrel's private outdoor seating area, dining room and lounge. A wood burning stove, beautiful décor and luxurious soft furnishings make this cottage really cosy. Homecooked food is available to order !

Cabin in the Wild

We built the cabin to a high specification, it is in the middle of the forest with incredible views down to the loch, a burn running close to the front door and all the hill walking and wildlife around you that you would expect in Scotland. The cabin has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open plan kitchen, living/dining room. Perfect for nature lovers, hillwalkers and anyone looking for a space to decompress and disconnect for a while.

Trossachs National Park Immeroin Farm Cottage2

Immeroin Farm, Balquhidder. Comfortable, unique, traditional farm workers house. Go back in time and enjoy the peace and quiet in the hills of Immeroin. Explore the scenery and observe the wildlife. Self Catering. Towels, bed-linen, toilet paper, hand soap, washing up liquid included. Shampoo, shower-gel and personal toiletries are not. Another thing to add in view of the new Scottish legislation: we are fully licensed.

The Barn Killin

The Barn had been recently renovated to a high standard, with a new kitchen and bathroom. It is situated in the heart of beautiful Killin, home to The Falls of Dochart on the edge of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. The area boasts various outdoor persuits, with approximately 30 Munros within a 45 minute drive. The Barn has a private car park and access to a shared garden space.

The Hayloft - in the Trossachs

A private cottage one mile from Aberfoyle and close to Loch Ard. It has its own garden. There are many walks and cycling opportunities direct from the door. Easy access to Stirling, Edinburgh, Glasgow and the Highlands. Best suited to a couple or family with children. Min 4 Nights. Full week in July/August (sat to sat)
