The Studio, near Stokesley
Our self-contained studio apartment has a shower room, store room, well equipped kitchen, superking bed ( Available as 2x3ft. singles if required), a terrace & garden overlooking open countryside with uninterrupted views of the Cleveland Hills & Captain Cook's Monument. It is a 3 min drive/15min walk to the bustling town of Stokesley where there are restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops, supermarkets, take-aways, a weekly Friday market and a popular Farmers' Market on the 1st Saturday of the month.

The Nook, a bright, modern and charming apartment
Centrally located in the fantastic village of Gainford which is set on the banks of the River Tees. The Nook is a beautifully appointed modern and bright two bedroom apartment, full of charm and character which overlooks the village. The apartment shares a Victorian building with its sister apartment, The Loft, and the Village shop. Opposite is the warm and friendly village pub, The Cross Keys, and 200 yards away is the village green with off road parking provided in the car park opposite.

"HAY LOFT" quiet rural location, close to Durham
The Loft is located above our garage in a large garden and field totalling 8 acres. We're at the end of a farm track in the middle of the countryside, half a mile from the nearest road meaning ZERO traffic noise. The headroom is kind of tight along the two sides but, at 6 feet tall I manage okay. Perfect for two, but can easily cope with 4 people. The Loft is accessed by external concrete steps. The accommodation is not suitable for children but we've squeezed them in on occasions.

Coverdale Apartments consists of a Comfortable Norton Studio (Flat A) and a Relaxing Norton Apartment (Flat B) Both the studio and apartment feature king-sized beds and include comfortable seating areas. Each has a separate kitchen and bathroom, and the larger apartment has an additional separate snug living room.

This recently refurbished modern Airbnb is attached to our home. Either host will be available during your stay. The small kitchen / diner is at the front of the property. Facilities include: Electric hob and single oven, combination microwave / oven, fridge- freezer, toaster, dining table / chairs and TV. We have 3 double bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. 20 minutes walk from railway station, 10 minutes drive from the motorway and 15 minute drive from Tees Valley airport.

My place is a 2 minute walk from Darlington Central station (with direct links to London and Edinburgh). The city centre is a 5 minute walk away and Durham Tees Valley Airport is just a 10 minute drive. You’ll love my place because it is a modern, light and airy top floor apartment. It also has its own parking space and is ideal for commuters or visiting family and friends. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and families.
