Living area has a separate office that also faces the lake, futon sofa, flat screen TV and sofa/couch seating for 4.Coffee bar has a Keurig coffee brewer, compact fridge and microwave (no full kitchen).

Close to Bristol Motor Speedway, Tri-Cities Airport, Universities, and the Great Smokey Mountains. Sleeps up to eight people, with a king, 2 queen, pullout sofa, daybed, and futon. Home is very clean and is fully equipped with all the luxuries of home. Internet is provided. Breakfast items are included. No smoking, no parties, and no pets.
