Nordmarkas turstier og sykkelveier starter ved dørstokken. Verten bor i nærheten og er tilgjengelig. Huset har 20 kvm grunnflate, men er effektivt utnyttet med hems, stor takhøyde og gode vindusflater. Terassen er sydvendt og solrik.

Men husk å vaske opp. Hytta består av en stue/kjøkken med sovesofa (140 cm) samt et stort soverom med contenenttalseng (180 cm) og en sovesofa (160cm). Hytta har privat terasse, 1 bad og 1 soverom + sovesofa i stue med tilsammen 4 sengeplasser.
