The Cottage at Arrandale Farms

Nestled in the NW valley in the city of Phoenix, amongst the bustle of a sprawling metropolis there is a two-acre farm. It is a place of serenity, where time has no meaning, & nature flourishes. This is Arrandale Farms, a unique urban farm. The cottage is our original bnb on our farm since 2016. This year (2025) we have done extensive renovations to incorporate all of the great feedback we have received from guests over the years. We are excited to offer this unique experience. Come and relax in the quiet backyard, lounge by the (unheated) pool all day. We have both charcoal & Propane BBQ's, outdoor dining and 2 outdoor living rooms. Indoors you will find a spacious, well stocked kitchen, the living room has a large smart TV and WIFI. The large master bedroom has its own bathroom, walk-in closet, and a smart TV. There is also a pack&play and many toys for kids to use. There are 2 more bedrooms and another full bathroom . Sofa bed & airbed w/ linens in the closet.

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Nestled on two sides by Desert preserve with hiking and equine trails . It’s a few miles from N Phx fine dining and shopping. Our 1.3 acre mini urban ranch makes you feel far from the city with beautiful views . We have farm critters to meet with your host. Fresh eggs provided . Owner on site, but you will have small home to yourself. The toilet is an odorless compost type toilet but does not require guests to clean or handle waste.
