The apartment is on the low ground floor due to the position of the house, it is quiet and comfortable, the view from the apartment is obscured by the neighboring house, but it opens onto the terrace where there is a garden table. It is not on the sunny side and is pleasant in the summer.

The apartment is located right next to the sea port and the beach. City center, two groceries, a lot of bars and cafes within walking distance. There is one bedroom with balcony and studio area with kitchen, TV, two sofa-beds, dining table and with balcony as well. Both rooms with air condition. In the kitchen you can find any kitchen equipment you would need. You can find all the necessary bedding in the wardrobe and pantry. Small bathroom with a washing machine, washbasin and shower.

The house is located near Budva (9km / 5,6 mi) and Kotor (19km / 11.8 mi).

Apartment "Garden" with Boat Tours

As you can see on photos, house is only few steps in front of the beach. 2 parking places are private for our guests. Check in time is flexible as per agreement with guests. Boat tours are available for our guests. Cost depends on the location of travel and is very reasonable, including berth and maintenance of the boat. There is also a possibility of renting boat, only for holders of Boat Driving License.
