It is situated 1,5km from the entrance to the Old Town of Kotor. So close to the city center and the road but yet very quiet (the green belt just behind the building). This gallery apartment is located in Plat, a lovely touristic place in Dubrovnik region, in the south of Croatia. It has an amazing sea view and it is only 13 kilometers away from Dubrovnik Old Town. It is air- conditioned and fully equipped. It is set approximatley 200 meters from the nearest beach. There are five beautiful sandy and pebble beaches within 300 meters from our place and two restaurants within 100 meters. It is a perfect choice especially for families with kids. Free parking

Apartment is about 5 minutes walking distance to the beach, 50m from market and pharmacy, and 10 minutes driving distance from Tivat airport. Our place is perfect for couples and business people.
