Rest and reflect in this charming home nestled between almond and olive trees. Just a short drive from Dubrovnik, this family-friendly spot invites guests to unwind in the heated pool under the stars or wake up to coffee on the terrace—a truly ideal oasis. River house is two bedroom and two bathroom hacienda with a pool, located in Mlini 10 min from Dubrovnik and near the see and beautiful beaches. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen, laundry room, terrace, pool and parking. During your stay at our house I will be able to help you. You can contact me on e-mail or text. The home is located in the small fishing village of Mlini. The ancient village offers up a pristine environment with stunning beaches, as well as a rich historical and cultural heritage. Dubrovnik and Cavtat are also easily accessible. House is 10km from Dubrovnik, and 5 min walk to the center of Mlini where are beches and restaurants and caffes. There is shopping mall 1 km away. My place is close to Tivat, Porto Montenegro, Kotor and Budva with spectacular view from the Bay of Kotor and Lepetane.. You’ll love my place because of Completely new appartment with large living room and bar. The appartment has been built new on the existing farmhouse where life cattle (Mountain Goats gaze at you when you enter or exit the appartment, Chickens, Cats and a Dog), surrounded by Olive Trees, Chi-pack, Dark and White Figues, Oranges & Tomatoes, vegetable garden, etc. etc.

Very peaceful and safe area From this apartment you have open sea view to the sea and Dubrovnik old town We are located near Dubrovnik... and far enough away from the crowds to make your vacation ideal..... This apartment has two rooms, a kitchen and dinnig area, three bathrooms and a balcony with a wonderful view and special sunsets. In the building we have an outdoor pool, a small gym and a sauna.
