Roligt byhus tæt på centrum, natur og strand

Familievenligt og charmerende hus på en meget rolig vej i et unikt kvarter. Huset er rummeligt og har en privat have med en solrig terrasse. Et dejligt sted at nyde roen efter en dag med oplevelser. Det er en lille oase med god plads til afslapning og hygge kun 4 metrostop fra hjertet af København. Ikke langt fra huset ligger også Amager strand og Royal Arena. I får selskab af Murphy, vores søde kat, som gerne vil fodres en gang om dagen. Der er nem gratis parkering ca 150 meter fra huset.

Din familie vil være tæt på alt, når I bor i denne centralt beliggende bolig. Beliggende på stille villavej med kun 4 min. gang til metro - som på bare 12 min tager jer til Kbh k, 4 min. gang til indkøb og Fields, 10 min. gang til naturskønne Amager Fælled. Villaen har en lækker have med pool og spa samt grill. Skal I opleve København og samtidig trække jer tilbage i rolige omgivelser når byen er blevet udforsket er dette den helt rigtige ejendom. Relax with your family in our lovely, spacious house. The house is normally the living space of our family. The summer we spent at our summer house, so it gives you the opportunity to rent our house and enjoy Copenhagen. Take the metro close by and be in downtown Copenhagen in 10 min or the airport in less than 25 min. Or rent some bicycles and do it the Danish way. Large private parking area. Nature reserve next door for walking or running. Self check-in. Supermarkets 5 min om foot.

The house is from 2015 and part of an association of terraced houses with a child-friendly environment.
