Appartement face à la mer à 2 minutes à pied de la plage du golfe de Squillace . Il se situe à proximité immédiate de l'hotel San Domenico. L'appartement, dessiné par un architecte a été totalement rénové en 2018. Les prestations sont luxueuses. Il est idéal pour 4 personnes puisqu'il a 2 chambres qui disposent chacune d'un lit 160x200, espace de rangement et de leur propre salle bain. Le salon dispose de 2 sofas de 90x200cm qui peuvent accueillir confortablement 2 personnes supplémentaires.
