Enjoy the pleasures of the Hill Country at this 2-acre retreat near Canyon Lake. The suite accommodates up to 4 guests with a king-size bed in the bedroom, a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room, and a full kitchen. Enjoy entertaining on a large main deck or view the lake from the 2nd floor side deck. Relax on a 3rd private deck with a hot tub & outdoor shower.

Enjoy a hike and swim at nearby Dinosaur Valley state park....or just sit on your huge private patio and take in the peaceful view. Comfy King bed, cotton bedding, plenty of pillows, , great AC , and ceiling fan.Full bath tub/shower with plenty of towels and bath rugs. The kitchenette has a mini fridge with freezer, a microwave , toaster, wine glasses, Keurig coffee with creamer, sugar etc and snacks.

Pool & hot tub are available for additional fee of $50 per pool use in the morning 9:00 - 4:00, or in the evening 4:00 -10:00. Pool is not heated during colder months, only hot tub is.

This private suite is for the solo traveler or professional. This property has large pollinator and native plant gardens that nature lovers will enjoy. Located in a quiet family neighborhood, this suite is within walking distance to a coffee shop, restaurants, trails, colleges, and an art museum. Long term tenants have laundry access. Canoe Barn on Barons Creek

This private room with bath and kitchen is attached to my house by a front wall, roof, and back deck, although there is no common wall. The deck looks over peaceful Barons Creek where deer and turkeys are often seen. It is 1 mile from the heart of downtown. This has never been an actual barn but is constructed like one.
