Please note that the beach is NOT a "4 min walk" away as advertised on our listing (we are working to remove this). Our studio is approximately 1.5km from the beach.

Located directly in front of the council reserve and sand dunes. Set on a quiet cul de sac and toasty warm with a large heat pump for winter and outdoor shower in summer. Swim in the sea and then have a wine on one of the large deck spaces. So much to offer from this beachfront property.

This is a Studio unit is at the rear of the property, You have your own private garden view. We are located 10 minutes out of Thames Township. We are the Gateway to the Coromandel .Thames township has lots of cafes and pubs with local entertainment nightly.. When staying with us you are likely to be visited by fat woodpidgeons and tuis and even the coloful laurakeets from Australia come to eat the berries on our trees. Meander thru our property to the most popular of Thames beaches at the bottom of our garden.Ngarimu Bay.

Kahukura

This beautiful ocean view property is a couple of minutes walk to Kuaotunu Beach and Luke's Kitchen, a well known local restaurant. The house is nestled on 4.5 acres of stunning gardens and native bush. The house consists of a 4 bedroom dwelling on the ground floor with an additional 2 bedrooms and an extra bathroom/toilet upstairs. "Kahukura" has ample parking for boats. The boat ramp is 1 kilometre away.
