Look out at the Peaks of Otter, enjoy incredible sunrises and sunsets. You are welcome to grill out on the Blackstone, enjoy the firepit, and relax on the dock. There is two miles of trails on the 37 acre property with their own trail signs and map.

The national forest is only a mile away. Locals enjoy floating the James River and hiking the AT. The cottage is 30 minutes to Lexington and 20 minutes to Roanoke.
