Although Texas' oldest dance hall is only a five-minute drive and one right turn away, the area feels peaceful and secluded. Located 4.7 miles from downtown New Braunfels (10 min. traffic permitting), 6 miles to Schlitterbahn, Landa Park, and floating area of the Comal River downtown. 8 miles to Gruene. For those coming in for work, the property is 2 miles to the New Braunfels airport, 5.2 miles from the hospital, and within 10 miles to most of the New Braunfels Schools.

River Roost is a family vacation spot on the lake that sleeps 6. It is 3 miles off Interstate 35, located in a quiet neighborhood with access to 50 feet of waterfront. It is a quick trip to downtown New Braunfels with features such as Schlitterbahn waterpark, tubing, antique and grocery stores, department stores, and a great selection of restaurants.
