Casa Carmona, a Mid-City Garden Oasis near Museums

Casa Carmona is a little oasis in the big city. It's convenient to just about anywhere you would want to visit while in Los Angeles. Private entrance allows you to come and go as you please. Very diverse selection of restaurants and there is a 7-11 as well as a small grocery store (that delivers) less than a block away if you would rather eat in. Laundromat and dry cleaners are one block away which is helpful for longer stays. Street parking is available. Convenient to public transportation. Full access to the guest house and the backyard area including lounge chairs and dining table. I live in the adjacent house so am able to offer help during guest's stay. I love meeting my guests from all over the world but respect your privacy and comfort! Casa Carmona sits behind a charming Spanish house in Wilshire Vista, a neighborhood created in the 1920s. This is a diverse and safe area, within walking distance of Museum Row and the Grove. Plenty of free parking is available. Approximately half my guests rent a car and there is unrestricted street parking available except for street cleaning on Tuesday afternoons. The other half of my guests rely on Uber and Lyft which are always available within minutes. There is plentiful public transportation within walking distance. One bus stop is less than a block away on one major street and another the opposite direction a block and a half from the house. There is also a Zip Car location less than a block away. The main bed is full size. The pullout sofa is twin bed. There is a small fridge/freezer, microwave oven, 2 burner electric cooktop, and George Forman grill for cooking. Also have a Keurig for coffee and electric tea kettle and assortment of teas. There is a end table that is gate-leg so can be used for in-room dining. Folding chairs in closet as well as extra folding table in closet. Hair dryer in bathroom. Plenty of closet space. Two luggage racks. Iron is provided. I also provide a beach blanket, tote and towels for excursions to the beach. For relaxation time at the Casa there are plentiful entertainment options including Amazon Echo, TV with Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime, many movies, PlayStation and several board games with even more available upon request!

Ample parking right on the street with minimal restrictions (street cleaning only). Professionally managed with access to host & property manager. Happy to help in every way. The guesthouse is in a high-end, quiet residential neighborhood in the heart of LA's Westside. Extremely safe and with ample street parking, it's in walking distance to malls, shops, and restaurants. Ample parking right on the street. Minimal restrictions (street cleaning once a week per side of road). Lots of bus lines within 5-10 minutes walking that can get you to anywhere in LA. About 20 minutes walk to the metro station (light rail to the beach & to downtown). Lots of Ubers within 5 minutes around the clock. This guesthouse is cosy, it is not large (the pictures that were taken by a gifted Airbnb photographer make it look larger than it is.) It is a great space for a couple, and while it can fit up to 5 people, it is a very tight space for 5 adults. It seems to work well for families with kids that want an affordable place to stay in LA, or for 3-5 young people who do not mind crowded accomodation.

This lovely unit is where I have lived for a years and will have everything you'll need for a great stay. The furniture and the mattress is high quality and the photos are very recent. Located in Westwood Village, walking distance to MANY restaurants, shops, convenient stores, grocery stores and theaters. Also short walk to UCLA

BEST location in Beverly Hills! 2 bed, 1 bath. Private entrance guesthouse with private entrance. 10 minute walk to Rodeo Drive, Beverly Wilshire, Century City Mall. Close to Westwood, West Hollywood, Hollywood, Santa Monica, and Sunset Strip. FAST WIFI (dedicated router). Dedicated parking in front of unit! Please note: hotel style. No kitchen or laundry. MC Manor

My place is close to Sawtelle and Cheviot Hills Recreation Center. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Lots of restaurants in a walking distance. Close to the Mall and 99 cents store.Close to buses to go to UCLA and the Beach. Very safe area and good neighbors .It does not have Stove but Microwave ,Toaster ,Coffee maker and everything else you need to prepare a meal with Microwave. It Does not have AC but a Fan . I try to be a good hostess for my hosts.

UCLA/Beverly Hills/Century City!

Safe upscale Cheviot Hills. Private entry, one bedroom ensuite attached but no access to house. Close to Century City, UCLA, 20th Century Fox, Sony Studios, 10 Freeway for downtown access and 405 freeway as well as Santa Monica Beach. Very walkable neighborhood, 2 blocks from Rancho Park with golf, tennis courts and a walking path. For vacationers, upscale shopping and restaurants are close by. Free easy street parking available on the street. No parking restrictions at all.

We live in the upstairs unit but prioritize guest's privacy at all times.
