Winter: Park at ski shop. Ski in/out cabin is ON the trail system. Private, cozy, fully equipped cabin at Garnet Hill in the ADK forest. Gas fireplace, grill and screened in porch. Steps from hiking trailheads. Access (not lakefront) to protected 13th Lake with sandy beach. Two one-seat kayaks come with the rental. Mountain biking (cabin is on the trails), white water rafting, and tubing nearby. Please note: this is a NOT a hotel/condo or business Airbnb. it has been in our family for 30 years!

The Speculator Guest House is fully renovated to offer an elevated and thoughtful stay. Guests love the outdoor sauna, Sunday to Wednesday private chef brunch or dinner, espresso maker, fully stocked kitchen, and everything you need for a campfire under the string lights. Walk to the grocery store, restaurants, shops, or the sandy beach on Lake Pleasant (.6 miles). Each guest receives individualized local recommendations. This cozy hideaway, nestled in timber, feels a little like sleeping in a tree house. Located on a quiet and peaceful road with views of Gore Mountain and the Hudson River, it is 5 minutes to the base of Gore Mountain Ski Area and 3 minutes to downtown North Creek with restaurants and shopping. Your Adirondack adventure starts and ends here!

Located in the Village of Speculator, a beautiful place in the heart of the Adirondack Park. Right on the snowmobile trail. Kayakers can shove off from the lake right located nearby. Restaurants, pubs and a local grocery store minutes away. The cabin is perfect for 2. A third person will add a 25.00 per night fee. Due to allergy reasons we can accept no pets.

Built by a local craftsman with logs from our area and local river stone for the fireplace. Cabin is completely modernized. A lovely porch looking towards the pond and exterior lights along the Pond. Minutes to all outdoor activities. Pet fee $75 per pet must be paid at time of booking. Must bring dog blankets!

The "Mellow Moose" cabin is a quiet and peaceful retreat in the woods. Spend the day exploring the region or simply relax in nature. Afternoons are great for reading a book as the sun shines through the large living room windows. Relax on the screened in front porch for a quiet evening and a drink. Or enjoy a campfire and watch the sunset through the trees. Use this as your home base for a ski trip or take a trip to Schroon lake, Brant lake or Lake George. (Roughly 30mins)

Enjoy a wooded Adirondack setting with all the amenities you need including a fully-stocked kitchen, rec room with pool table and sauna room. You'll have access to a scenic private beach. Gore Mountain is about 15 minutes away. Hiking trailheads are minutes away. The rustic Garnet Hill Lodge & Restaurant is up the road to enjoy lunch, dinner or their cocktail lounge. You can take a 12 minute ride to historic North Creek for restaurants, shopping and antiquing.
