Located perfectly for both the local beaches of Babbacombe and Meadfoot, just 5 minutes in either direction or a day strolling around Torquay, just 10 minutes on foot to town and onto Torquay Marina, harbour cafes, restaurants and shops. Alternatively, chill out with a back garden patio family meal and possibly use the pizza oven!

Location and attention to detail is everything. Arrive into a private pretty gated courtyard and enter the refurbished chic cottage style apartment. Steps away is stunning vibrant Torquay Harbour with a wide variety of wonderful restaurants, bars, shops and attractions and a short walk to Meadfoot and Torquay beaches. I offer my guests complimentary parking permits for one car in the surrounding streets, however spaces are limited, toiletries, kitchen basics, linens and super fast broadband.

Brixham is a very family friendly town with many attractions for the whole family. Lilac Cottage is a pretty, newly refurbished, but still traditional, fishermans cottage situated on a pedestrian hill in the old part of Brixham - safe for kids and dogs - just 2 or 3 minutes walk from the town and harbour. There are 2 double bedrooms, ensuite bathroom and separate shower room, sitting room, kitchen, dining room and garden with BBQ and decking with lovely views over the marina towards Tourquay.
