Our guests all say what a great base this is for exploring North Wales. Guests comment on how at home and relaxed they feel in our comfy, well equipped and warm holiday cottage. We welcome well behaved pets and many of our visitors are dog owners who appreciate our enclosed back garden and the local walks. We are in a quiet country spot with a fantastic view but near a local shop and only 10 minutes away from the coast and the A55, the main route to all the many, many attractions you'll find.

Hafod Y Llan Bach - a real escape to the country

Get away from the everyday with a break in the mountains of Wales. This private, detached barn conversion has it's own terrace, a wonderful open plan kitchen living room and a glamorous and romantic bedroom with an ensuite. Step outside and there are over 25 miles of forestry track starting from the front door and the 4.5 mile long Alwen Reservoir just 5 minutes walk away. That is all before you start to explore the area... If you want to get away from it all, this is the place to come....

Tyddyn Morgan is a historic cottage nestling on the edge of the woods in the quiet of the hills. A cosy lounge has a wood burner in the inglenook fireplace for those chilly nights. A well equipped kitchen with dining table. The two bedrooms with a double in the master and bunks in the second makes this a cosy cottage for two or the family. Explore country lanes from the doorstep or we are only a mile from the sea and a welcoming base to explore North Wales from or just stay in and relax.

Farm pods

Glamping Pods are set on a family run farm within stunning views of the north wales coast, and surrounded by panoramic views looking out to the sea. Been told by so many that the pictures do NOT do it any justice. There is a petrol station and a shop 1/2 mile down the road, 3 miles from the town of Abergele, which hosts a range of different takeaways and a Tesco’s. We have two pods. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located detached studio annex with its own front door in the village of Rhos-on-Sea just one road back from the sandy beach and harbour, making it a fantastic place to relax and enjoy beach walks. Free on street parking. Dogs welcome. The beautiful Snowdonia mountain range is only 30 minutes away by car and the historic town of Conwy just 10 minutes.

Centre of the Snowdonia National Park. Great walks from the building, top mountain bike track, white water canoeing, fishing, outdoor space, peace, and quiet. Set on a hillside beside a little stream, plenty of parking. Pub in the village and 10 mins drive from Betws-y-Coed. Lovely village shop open 7am - 7pm. . Totally self-contained with shower, toilet & rustic kitchen.

Secluded Country Cottage

Pen-y-Bryn (top of the hill in Welsh) Cottage is about a mile above the village of St. George. Bursting with character, it's log burner, exposed beams, shuttered windows and enclosed garden make it the perfect country retreat.

The Studio may seem remote, however, I think it is in the middle of everywhere. We are not far from the coast, close to the Denbigh Moors and the Vale of Clwyd and about 30 mins drive to the Snowdonia National Park.
