The "Pearl" is a small (756sf) cottage now located in the (commercial district) heart of Tybee's South (main) beach. Cottage is "beach vibe" decor & cozy. This cozy contemporary 6 BR, 4 1/2 BA home features an open concept kitchen and great spaces to either gather or tuck away for some quiet reading or writing. There's ample on-site parking, multiple decks, and a fenced backyard. Close, easy walk to sand, restaurants, parks, history...or just rest and recharge. The minimum age to book our home is 25 years of age.

The Barracks - #2

This 2 bedroom 2 bath unit at The Barracks on Tybee overlooks Jaycee park and features soaring ceilings, seasonally heated pool, professional kitchen with marble counters, and front porch rockers for ultimate beach vibes and relaxation. There is also an on-site Golf Cart that is separately rentable per day (rentable days are 10 am to 10 am). The link to rent the golf cart will be sent when a reservation is made for the house.
