One of the quieter areas of St. Pete Beach, but within walking distance to a bunch of fun restaurants and bars! There is a pool and shuffle board on the resort property and charcoal grills. The space is located in the Upham Beach/Corey Avenue area. One Secure off street parking. No guest parking. No second car. No street parking. No unregistered guests. Outside space is shared with us, but plenty of room to store boards, bikes, other recreational equipment. No parties
