At night, sleep in one of 2 bedrooms on queen size beds. Convenient in-house laundry. Air conditioning and heat maintain a nice interior temperature year-round. Plenty of parking. Everything is within a short driving distance: Highway 34, grocery & convenience stores, restaurants and the military base.

We are located walking distance to the multiplex/ rec center with great amenities: 6 lane swimming pool, work out area, squash courts and more! Restaurants and pubs close by. Ball diamonds 2 min walk. Multiplex and pool 5min walk. Walmart 8 min drive. Golf course 15 min walk/ 3 min drive. Wainwright Health Center 2 min drive. Please note that: You will share the bathroom, living room and kitchen with a male full time renter who works in town full time. Thank you!

Open concept living and kitchen area. Two bedrooms with queen beds. Most comfortable for four people but there is a futon available and also a queen size elevated air mattress available if needed (up to 6 people welcome at no additional cost). Two bathrooms, one with full tub and one with shower. Covered patio with couch and four piece patio table set amidst my food forest. Hypoallergenic dogs are welcome for an extra pet fee (max of 2).
