Welcome to our private guest suite with stunning views! Ideally located near sports fields, ski hills, and the airport—perfect for tournaments or road trips. Guests love the unexpected privacy, spotless cleanliness, peaceful views, and regular wildlife viewing. The private self-check-in lets you come and go easily, at any time, with a separate entrance for full privacy in a separate suite off the main house. We’re nearby if you need anything but give you the space to fully relax.

Kick your shoes off and unwind in this relaxing riverfront one bedroom suite. This is a daylight ground level suite with large bright windows. Westsyde is a lovely community with many family friendly amenities nearby. Centennial park is a 5 minute walk and includes walking trails, petting zoo, playground, splash pad, bike pump track, disc golf, and a dog park. Downtown Kamloops is just a short 15 minute drive. We are a busy family of 4 upstairs and would love to host you in our home!

Julia’s Suite features a full kitchen. An adjoining (Buds Lounge Suite) can also be rented for up to four additional guests. Holmwood Farm is a very scenic property with great views and lots of hiking and x country ski trails. It is home to a small flock of sheep, and cows which are grazed regeneratively. . You will have access to fresh vegetables from our garden in the summer months , and free range eggs, pastured meats and locally sourced gifts from our farm store.

The king-size bed in the master bedroom is exceptional, the second room offers a firmer queen bed for more fit folks. Our suite has 20 to 30min access to shopping in Kamloops or world-class, skiing and biking, thirty min up the hill. We got a small-town vibe in the burbs where you turn to go up to the Peaks.
