This room is a good value. It is close enough to Indianapolis yet peaceful, clean, quiet, and private. We are: 7.1 miles (10 minutes) from Indianapolis international airport. 18 miles (26 minutes) from downtown Indianapolis, 17miles (20 min drive) from Indianapolis convention center and Lucas stadium. 35 miles (52 minutes) from Indiana University in Bloomington. ~3 miles from I-70. Near the famous bourbon trail, rental includes full cabin and large screen porch overlooking pond with fountain. First floor has living/dining/kitchen space with small sofa bed and stone fireplace (gas); queen bed and full bath on second floor. American and European antique furnishings and fine art welcome you to fully updated home with central HVAC.

We look forward to welcoming you to a private suite that is the guest quarters in our home. You’ll have a private entrance & 3 rooms to yourself. There’s a living room with a table and chairs, a bedroom with a queen-size bed - nightstands, dresser and closet space with hangers for your use - and a newly remodeled full bathroom. There’s also a kitchenette in the hallway which is an antique Hoosier Cabinet equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee pot, and hot water pot.

The Lodge at Treetop Retreat

The Lodge at Treetop Retreat is a former recording studio with an AMAZING view! Set atop one of the highest hills in Brown County, this huge space boasts 20 ft ceilings in the open concept great room. With an indoor, jetted, spa tub, gas fireplace (seasonal), pool table, and lots of open indoor space, this is a cool place to unwind. King bed downstairs, and two queen beds in the loft. A front porch with porch swing, and back deck with chairs, and a charcoal grill.

Art and book filled. Located in Bloomington Indiana. My 1920s bungalow includes two guest bedrooms with queen sized beds, down comforters, feather/down pillows, line curtains and private bathroom. The guest area also includes a garden porch, private entrance, living room and, dining area with microwave, small refrigerator and handmade maple table. NO KITCHEN. The bathroom is between the bedrooms and includes a Toto washlet bidet and EO toiletries.

My Old Kentucky Dome

This brand-new one of a kind geodesic dome is located on a private road that leads you to an overlook featuring one of the most beautiful countryside views in Kentucky. While this getaway experience is nestled deep in the woods, it is also a close drive to all the conveniences you can imagine. This is an off the grid outdoor experience with a ½ mile gravel road including a steep hill. AWD or 4WD advised.

Also perfect for couples or small families to enjoy some time in the country!

Nashville Treasure

This mid-century modern one bedroom house is located just 15 minutes from historic Nashville. Beautifully decorated and adjacent to Yellowwood State Forest. This house has an open floor plan. The large kitchen is open to a large family room. You can lounge in comfort or sit on the back deck and watch the wildlife. Newly remodeled in 2019 it is a sight to see.
