It is one building back from the beach so within approximately 35 steps your toes hit the beautiful sand. This is our smallest island style villa on the property at 13x16 - 205 sq. ft.

The rental rate does not include electricity There is construction next door and the unit is listed for sale so we have reduced the rates to compensate for the inconvenience.
