Velvet Crush Cottage

Heart of Monroe! Come relax and have fun with the whole family in the stylish, cozy cottage. You will enjoy this spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath home. Office with sleeper sofa for extra guest. We are conveniently located in the heart of Monroe near many locally owned restaurants that you are sure to enjoy. We are less than 10 minutes from ULM/VCOM & 5 minutes from Forsythe Park. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the patio or lounge inside. Please note there are steps to get inside the home at 2 entrances.

Town And Country

This newly renovated family home located in a clean, quiet neighborhood, close proximity to Century Link in the heart of North Monroe. This home contains all of the necessary amenities for a small family including all Kenmore appliances (washer and dryer included). The large back yard great for pets, the residence has a 6 ft. privacy fence with a deluxe gas grill perfect for cookouts. This residence CAN NOT be used as an event center this is our family home. This means No Parties What So Ever.

The Coleman House

We have easy access to and from the Interstate, allowing those passing through to have a convenient layover. The Coleman House is a spacious two-story country-style home with 1768 square feet of living space, two covered porches, and a covered carport located approximately one mile from Well Road Exit (Exit 112) off Interstate 20. There are many fast food restaurants within a mile. Also, there is a great public, family-friendly nature hiking trail within about 2 miles, the Restoration Park.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit.It is a few blocks from restaurants and shopping. Your pet will love the spacious backyard. There are two bedrooms and one full bath. Please note there is not a bath tub but a shower only. The master bedroom has a queen bed while the second bedroom has the double bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need to cook. We have it stocked with the essential seasonings as well as coffee, sugar, etc.

Get away at Landry Vineyards "Grape Escape Cottage #1" for two guests. The beautiful cottage for two has all the comforts you're used too. The cottage has a king size bed. It is located near the Vineyards at Landry Vineyards. Guests can relax with a complementary bottle of wine, free 2 staves wine tasting M-Sat. 11-5:30 and all the modern amenities. This is a brand new build, with all new appliances and furniture. One king sized bed in the bedroom, a pullout couch, and one queen sized air mattresses are available. This space is water front with access to a private deck and dock for fishing, or parking a boat on. Two boat ramps are located close by.
