It used to be an old hop pickers mobile home but has been lovingly restored to a modern, well presented “mini” haven. A fully self-contained cabin with open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area, UK king size bed in bedroom and a shower room and toilet. Ideal for a couple or two singles as a Z-bed can be provided. Self Contained Garden Studio with stunning views

The Garden Studio has spectacular views over the Kent countryside from the property's floor to ceiling windows. The self contained compact studio has private access and includes lounge chairs, coffee table and a double bed. We have a dining table/ two stools overlooking the terrace. There is a fridge, a microwave, a two ring electric hob together with a kettle, Nespresso Coffee Machine and a toaster in the kitchen area. Iron/Board/Desk/Chair are on request prior to stay. Compact shower/wc.

Romantic luxury Shepherds Hut overlooking the countryside with an orchard & fire pit a few steps away for guests use. Built in the best available traditional materials & perfect for a relaxing break. Fully equipped with central heating, WiFi, TV & ensuite fully plumbed in W/C & shower. There are many country walks directly from the hut. Several fine pubs are within a 5-15 minute drive, beaches are around a 20 minute drive away & many interesting sites nearby including NT & English Heritage.

Fully equipped,it provides a taste of luxury camping in the heart of the Sussex countryside yet close to the beaches of Hastings and Camber.A fully fitted kitchen and wetroom are less than a minutes stroll away in the Sussex barn.Outside under a starry sky is the perfect spot for a BBQ,listening to the sounds of the countryside and glimpsing the owls hunt at dusk.

The Cabin is hidden away, no passing traffic just the odd swooping bird or passing donkey, looking out onto paddocks and vineyards, for the ultimate stress free getaway, only the birds and trees for company. The cabin is fully functioning, has a fabulous log burning stove, set up for short or long stay, with a bespoke whisky shower tub, king size bed, wifi should you want it, fridge freezer, microwave and toaster, towels and cooking essentials, just bring something nice to drink and relax.

The Stables - A Haven for Woodland Wildlife

Set on the edge of woodland our converted mini stable is a small secluded retreat set at the rear of the big barn on our smallholding. You may see badgers, foxes, horses in the next field, while birds and bees nest in the roof spaces outside the building. The view from the Stables and your own private decking looks onto woodland. Our smallholding has 9 pet sheep. Your own BBQ and fire pit in the meadow. And the option of booking a Massage treatment, yoga or Sound Bath in the Yurt.

Luxury Shepherd's Hut set in own garden with far reaching views over open countryside. Next to 1066 footpath and only 15 minutes from East Sussex coast. It is surrounded by the lovely Kent countryside where you can ramble and refresh yourselves by perhaps ending the day in one of the great pubs cosy by a log fire in Winter or in Summer in an English garden. Guests have said how hard it is to tear themselves away, it truly is a treasure to find.

The Stable Cottage on beautiful farm

The Stable Cottage is a delightful one bedroom cottage overlooking The Brede Valley to Winchelsea and the sea. Set on a working arable and sheep farm. Adjacent to the Woolroom Cottage and a term time only Nursery. Guests can enjoy lots of walks on the farm, plentiful bird life, including barn owls. The property is close to the historic town of Rye, Camber sands beach, Winchelsea beach, Battle Abbey and Bodiam Castle.

Valley View Cottage

We would like to welcome you to our detached cottage in the small village of Icklesham, between Hastings and Rye. With open countryside on the doorstep, there are plentiful walks including the 1066 Country Walk which runs long side the property. With comfortable space both inside and out, you can also just take it easy and enjoy the peace and tranquillity on offer.
