The Cottage at Arrandale Farms

Nestled in the NW valley in the city of Phoenix, amongst the bustle of a sprawling metropolis there is a two-acre farm. It is a place of serenity, where time has no meaning, & nature flourishes. This is Arrandale Farms, a unique urban farm. The cottage is our original bnb on our farm since 2016. This year (2025) we have done extensive renovations to incorporate all of the great feedback we have received from guests over the years. We are excited to offer this unique experience. Team Ropers Ranch House

Welcome to The Wickenburg Ranch House, located in the heart of Horse Country in downtown Wickenburg. Our horse property is located off Hwy 60 near Safeway and Tractor Supply on paved roads. We have 2 homes ready for your stay, with plenty of room for your large group. The property will serve all your horse needs with (10) 14x20 covered horse pens with hay storage, (2) 30x30 pens, and a large arena. RV Space could also be rented during your stay. *Travel insurance highly recommended.

Sugarhill

Lovely vacation home centrally located in Wickenburg. This is a great value for daily, weekly and monthly guests. Fully equipped kitchen and includes linens, towels and we also have a fully equipped coffee station. We have 3 queen beds,queen air mattress and couch for sleeping arrangements. Sits atop a hill with great Mountain View’s. Relax to the large patio either for chatting with family and friends, dinning or playing a game of corn hole! We do have a CAMERA set up by our garage.

As a photographer working from home occasionally shooting outside, trust my presence is chill. 2 friendly pups might say hello.

The Aloha House is a completely separate Ohana in the desert with private entrance and backyard space. 400 sq ft of meticulously designed Hawaiian themed studio. It is one room carefully laid out for comfort and functionality. Maximum of two people. Not ideal for children. Not available for horses.
