The lower full bath and kitchen / dining room is to the side of the garage, 384 sq feet and lets out to small private patio and attached small greenhouse with citrus trees and herbs.

This studio is located above our detached garage, with a separate alley parking space and entrance. The garage is not used for parking so noise is kept to a minimum for our guests. Our home is on a quiet street in a safe area on the edge of town, with a nice park and playground a block away, 10 minute walk from Dixon May Fair fairgrounds.
