Beautiful Armstrong Lake is across the road, as is the community swimming area and boat launch. Knotty Pine Cottage is located 10 minutes from Martock/OnTree, and 20 minutes from Windsor.

Tucked away from the main road with breathtaking views of Minas Basin, it's just a five minute drive to the quaint, historic town of Canning, where you can find groceries, an excellent butcher, liquor store, pharmacy, art gallery, library and much more! Twenty minutes to Wolfville, home of Acadia University, along with wineries, great restaurants and shopping.

Cottage is fully winterized with both electric heat and a woodstove. 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen. Snowshoeing, snowmobiling, in the summer lake is good for swimming, kayaking, canoeing, fishing. Firepit is available outside, firewood isn't provided. About 4 km of privately maintained dirt road leads to the cottage.
