You can enjoy a BBQ with the best views of the Yakima Valley, or sit peacefully on the lawn and look up at the stars. It’s wide open out here, but still very close to town and all amenities. You will love the tranquility, fresh ground water, and lots of space to stretch out your arms. Ample parking. High vaulted ceilings, so quiet, and the views!

La Casita! Clean, comfortable, quiet & convenient.

Enjoy easy access to town, wine country, and mountain adventures from this conveniently located home base. La Casita is a fully detached unit adjacent to our main home. It provides a living area, walk-in closet and bathroom. We are located in a quiet neighborhood two miles north of town. You can easily access the University, restaurants, and entertainment options. Mountain adventures await with local hikes and a full array of mountain activities. Our Manual will provide some recommendations.

Charm House

The Charm House is ideally located in Yakima. It is 3 blocks from the Hospital and 1.8 miles from the Airport. The Charm House has been fully furnished with new appliances and furniture including a basketball game for toddlers, foosball and small ping bong table for some fun! It has a private covered back patio, fire pit, and a large fenced back yard. If lucky you will see some beautiful birds including humming birds. I am sure you will enjoy the quite neighborhood in the middle of town.

You can stay easily connected with WiFi cellular, and cable so easy to work remotely or unplug if you feel like it! Private Home on 12 acres with canyon views galore. Great place to work from home, go fly fishing, hike, relax in the Canyon or just sit in the hot tub and watch the stars.

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Surrounded in the heart of Washington’s apple orchards. Summers are filled with arm loads of fresh fruit with a wide variety of local fruit farms, hiking, local farm to table restaurants, wineries, and brewery’s. In the colder months we are about a 45minute drive up White Pass for skiing and snowboarding. Exploring Mount Rainer isn’t just for summer adventures. It’s beautiful all year around.

We have a brand-new remodeled kitchen and access to a pool shared with our home. With four bedrooms, and two bathrooms and is fully furnished, you will have a great time. Go for a nice walk or take the kids down to the park. Five minutes from C. Yakima.

Stay at our place in Wine Country!

This is a 36 ft. Glamping RV located on our 9 acre Cherry Orchard with full hookup to power, water and waste station. This is separate from the main home with its own parking space. There is a BBQ Pit near the RV. . Wifi is available and there are (3) three beds (day beds, and queen bed). Pets are permitted to visit the orchard.
