Remodeled Water Front Property with beautiful furnishings. There are two bedrooms, two baths, and a large lanai overlooking the canal. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. Walking distance to Chassahowitzka campgrounds, a bait shop, and a bar/restaurant. Fish off the private boat dock: covered parking, bonus lanai room. We have two fishing kayaks available for use. THE OWNER TAKES NO LIABILITY FOR THE USE OF KAYAKS. Pet must be approved before check-in.

A short drive to Crystal River and Fort Island Beach.

This cottage is just 5 minutes from enjoying all that is by land or sea. We are not on the water but we have space for you to park your boat and trailer on the property. We are close to everything. We are 1 minutes away River Haven Marina and 5 Minutes away from MacRae's Marina

Upon arrival read the local information guide I have written and start enjoying the “Nature Coast” of Florida. It is essential to read this to get the most from your trip. Use my kayaks and paddle over the manatees in Crystal River, fish the gulf for saltwater or freshwater fishing at Lake Rousseau, and take a leisurely paddle down the Rainbow River in Dunnellon. Kayaks are on a trailer that has a 1 7/8-inch ball.
