We are only about 45 min from downtown chicago. About 35 from O’Hare. And less than 10 from Gurnee mills. Plenty of restaurants within minutes and Starbucks is only 3 minutes away. 10 mins from Waukegan beach The house sits on 3 property lot, so it’s very private with no real next door neighbors.

This unique place has a style all its own. This corner lake house comes with a huge fenced-in yard, as well as a balcony off of the master bedroom and 2 parking spots. Come relax at Turtle Beach Marina! Rent a Pontoon or a Kayak. Spend the day at the beach and at the beach bar (Beach bar is open mid May until the last weekend in October). There is a restaurant and gaming room (slots) on the property. Quaint cottage has 2 bedrooms with a full bed in each. Up to 4 people allowed. There is no oven but has a 2 burner electric cook top. A grill is also available. Beach themed cottage is completely remodeled. 💜

Large, Cozy, suite w sweet kitchenette for “portable” meals; full-size refrigerator/ freezer; a writing desk for work. Many little ( in case you forgot) items to keep you comfy. This is a quiet town on the gorgeous Lake Michigan. Near: 6 Flags, Great Lakes Navy Base; Cancer Treatment Centers of America & the city Chicago via the Metra in town. Convenient & Quiet.
