Cozy Mountain House

The house is located at Asfendiou village, near Dikaios mountain, between lovely trees and with a great view of the mountain. The traditional village of Asfendiou has very few residents, the only thing you can hear is the birds singing and the fresh air is very revitalising! So the house is the perfect place to relax and calm! In addition, the location of the village (almost in the middle of the island) is ideal to explore all the beautyful beaches, archeological monuments and many many more!

The couch on the ground floor opens up into a bed and can sleep 2 but more ideal for single guest. Situated on the first floor, it features a beautiful loft with a large double bed, air conditioning, and storage spaces. In the open-plan area, there is also a sofa bed that can accommodate a third person. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom is modern and comfortable. The apartment also includes a television and a backyard with a mountain view.

A little house on the prairie situated on a farm, very close to Tigaki and Marmari beaches, conveniently located in the centre of the island, ideal for quiet holidays with friends or family! Our farm is 50 metres behind the house. Guests are welcome to enjoy our local produce and the family atmosphere. The house is also very close to one of the island's hot spots for kite surfing! It's ideal for kite surfers as the wind in the area is perfect almost every day of the summer.

Traditional village house with sea view

The house is located in Asfendiou, a picturesque and quiet village near Zia. It was built in 1923 and has been renovated in a way to combine both traditional and modern style. The terrace overlooks the Aegean Sea and gives a great sunset view. Around 25 min. away from Kos town and 20 min. away from the airport. You can reach the beach only by car in 10-15 min. In any case, renting a vehicle of your choice is highly recommended to make the best of your stay in Kos.
